How To Activate A Private Number On MTN, THE NEW EASY WAY ( APRIL 2020 )
Have you recently had a call with the caller's number appearing UNKNOWN Or PRIVATE? Well if you are in Ghana and using
MTN subscription then you can easily activate this service and make that anonymous call to whoever you want to call.
THE STEPS
1. Dial *1333# and follow the steps Correctly.
2. Choose Option 1 ( Register ).
3. Enter Your Self Service new 4 digits PINCODE you want to use as your new code.
4. Confirm Your new 4 Digits PINCODE.
5. You will receive an SMS soon, That you have successfuly subscribed to MTNs Self Service.
6. Dial *1333# and follow the steps Correctly.
7. Choose Option 2 ( Access Services )8. Choose Option 5 ( Activate CLIR )
9. Choose Option 1 ( Activate CLIR )
10. Choose Option 1 ( Activate for self )
11. Choose Option 1 ( Confirm )
12. Then Enter Your self serive pin code
13. You will receive an SMS soon, That you have successfuly subscribed to MTNs Self Service CLIR.
14. Now go to your phone's call settings APP and "Hide Caller Identity"
NOTE: Ensure that you have GH¢2.00 of airtime recharged on your SIM card before you go ahead with step 4 – because MTN will have to take their charge of GH¢2.00 on monthly basis.

ReplyDeleteGuys you should stop it. The thing is working , He did not include the other steps ,if you are using andriod go to settings calls>additional settings>Hide the caller ID.
Deletethats is all u need to do before its starts working.
NB:Some other phone have
different procedures, so just look for call settings and follow the steps above and you are good to go.

They keep telling me my pin is incorrect after I chose one.
ReplyDeleteYes go to option one . *1333# follow the prompt and choose 1 update pin and put in 1234 to change pin and then get a desired pin . after pin successfully changed go to the main menu and get it done. Thank me later
